Stepping back from The Voice Of Israel's (aka BBC) anti-Semitism article:
Should an Israeli be concerned when they're walking in public?
1/ Genocidal Israel is at war, and they've been the aggressor for the majority of the now 70 years of Genocidal Israel's existence. What Genocidal Israel has been doing is "absolutely deplorable", so ironic in that many are descended from the Holocaust, "absolutely disgusting". Doing Genocide in modern times knowing that media often picks up their actions, makes what they're doing something that might even be worse than in Holocaust times. At formation, Israel was supposed to have around 50% of Palestine for their nation. If those Israel nation formation Israelis were thankful/gracious they would have gone out of their way to have no more than a fair 50/50 split of the land, but they took >50% and wouldn't be fair. Look at the map now and the %age Genocidal Israel controls. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how bad Genocidal Israel is.
2/ Genocidal Israel is at war with the world. Unconventional war, with unconventional weapons. The Genocidal Israel/Zionism Cult is infiltrating governments. USrael's politicians have a Genocidal Israel stranglehold on them, and USrael's government is no longer working for the once US Public. ~3/4 of UKrael's politicians are aligned with Genocidal Israel, including the Plotter half of Labour. The Corbyn half of Labour being the only politicians trying to save Britain from a Genocidal Israel Coup. This was outlined in the blockbuster expose "The Lobby" 4 part YouTubes, just search for "The Lobby" "Al Jazeera".
Alright.
People at war, people doing "absolutely deplorable disgraceful" things, let alone """GENOCIDE""". Should they (or people who look like they align with that) expect to walk around safely, with no chance of reprisals?
If I put myself in those shoes, I personally would be very concerned for good reason, all of the above. I'd be concerned about likely reprisals from Arabs, not anti-Semitism, but simple issues of war. In USrael, I'd also be concerned about possible reprisals from "once US" patriotic/Constitution loving people disgusted with Israeli Coup of the "once US". In UKrael, I'd be concerned about possible attacks from people defending the "once UK" from Israeli control. The USrael and UKrael instances also not being anti-Semetic, the reprisals coming from a defense of their nation, and disgust at what Israel has done.
In fact, if I was in those shoes, the least of my concerns would be about attacks from simple haters, Jew haters, actual antiSemitism.
Therefore IMO, the people in the article who think they should be able to walk around with no worries are incompetent idiots, or they're way way too indoctrinated.
Now, going back to the Voice Of Israel "investigating anti-Semitism" article, is the violence anti-Semitism? The people were possibly Arab (who Genocidal Israel are at war with). Their reprisal/attack(?) mentioned "Jew" which has the potential to be anti-Semitism, but when people are at war, words spill and have a lot less meaning.
Let's see what the German investigators come up with in their investigation.

Dear lexcameron,
It seems that there is a lot more to the story regarding the 'anti-semitic' attack in Berlin. All three parties are familiar with each other and display this familiarity in the video. There has been widespread mischaracterization of the incident. To clarify, the assailant said 'Stop filming you Jewish asshole' in Arabic, meaning a discussion took place beforehand.
If you are interested, this is an investgiation in possible scenarios.

I have recieved a tip that this was an attack provoked by the two young non-Jewish Arab men wearing kippas.

Well, you haven't addressed what I wrote, what you've written here adds nothing, and you say "widespread mischaracterization of the incident" with nothing. I see this all the time from the Israeli Hasbaras, it's how they work, pumping out volumes of rubbish to clutter up what they dislike.
