Foreword:

You'll notice many are prefaced by the word, 'Project', typically by the CIA or other international intelligence agency. This may give you the idea that these are just 'typical operations' of our government. After all, "the world is always at war and you need spies". Or do you? Especially in a technocratic world where everyone can talk to everyone, around the world. I challenge that assumption.

May I remind you that the definition of conspiracy is two or more operating in secret to cause harm. So when the CIA assassinates world leaders in secret, it does harm to them but not to US citizens because they are operating on our behalf. In this way, we justify their bad behavior. I want you to reevaluate the "causes harm" part behind their behavior. By deposing dictators and playing chess with the planet, have they really made us safer?

- Franklin, Nebraska Child Prostitution Ring Scandal and its Coverup -- According to Wikipedia, "between 1988 and 1991 and involved an alleged child sex ring serving prominent citizens of Nebraska, as well as high-level U.S. politicians. The allegations also claimed that the alleged sex ring was led by, "a cult of devil worshipers involved in the mutilation, sacrifice and cannibalism of numerous children." Although dismissed as an 'elaborate hoax', there are numerous witnesses, hard evidence, and a conspiracy of elite-protective countermeasures having been revealed as disinfo, all of which continues to be ignored by the mainstream even today. A documentary 'conspiracy of silence' had been suppressed until recently. This evidence, along with Operation Hydrant and the revelations from Operation Yewtree, are the justification for including this entry in our confirmed conspiracies This evidence is the justification for including this entry in our confirmed conspiracies. - Marc Dutroux -- Dutroux Coverup : "is a Belgian serial killer and child molester, convicted of having kidnapped, tortured and sexually abused six girls from 1995 to 1996, ranging in age from 8 to 19, four of whom he murdered. His wife, Michelle Martin, was convicted as an accomplice. Dutroux was also convicted of having killed a suspected former accomplice, Bernard Weinstein. He was arrested in 1996 and has been in prison ever since, though he briefly escaped in April 1998." Dutroux was arrested for kidnapping and raping five girls and severed an exceedingly short sentence and released on parole with government pension. He used sleeping pills he received from his psychiatrist on his further victims in a pornographic rape dungeon with assistance from his wife and at least one other accomplice; starving their victims to death and burying their bodies in a garden. He was again arrested for six months while his wife managed the rape dungeon. He was arrested a third time with his wife and accomplice Lelievre, and police found the victims' bodies including former accomplish Wittingstein, and a huge stash of pornographic videos. A total of 4 conspirators and 7 victims in this sex/murder ring, but questions were asked about the Belgian Justice system with respect to how investigations were botched in allowing this to happen, though the conclusions drawn were that Dutroux benefitted from corruption, sloppiness and incompetence.^^[1]

  - Aylesbury Sex Gang : The Aylesbury sex gang was a group of six men of South Asian heritage who committed serious sexual offences against two under-aged girls in the English town of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. [M,A,P]
  - Banbury Sex Gang : The Banbury sex gang was a group of seven men who committed serious sexual offences against under-aged girls in the English town of Banbury, Oxfordshire. [M,A,P]
  - Bristol Sex Gang : The Bristol sex gang was a large group of Somali men who committed serious sexual offences against underage teenage girls in Bristol, southwestern England. In November 2014, they were convicted of offences including rape, paying a child for sex, causing or inciting child prostitution, sexual acts with children and sex trafficking. As in the Oxford, Derby, Rochdale, Rotherham and Telford prosecutions, the abused girls were almost all white and the gang were of Muslim heritage, but were Somali rather than Pakistani. Some were drug-dealers selling heroin and cocaine, while others were described as "well-educated men with good prospects". The gang coerced the girls into sex with small payments of money, gifts of drugs and alcohol, and by persuading them that having sex with many men was part of "Somali 'culture and tradition'".   - Catholic Sexual Abuse of Irish Children, "a chronic problem" : Investigation Committee Report outlines abuses from 1936-2000 of widespread physical and sexual abuses by the Congregation of the Christian Brothers, Rosminian Order and Sisters of Mercy at various schools including Artane Industrial, a military style school in Dublin, at Letterfrack, Connemara, St. Joseph's Industrial, Tralee, Carriglea Park Industrial schools. Connemara's remoteness and isolation were ideal for imprisonment of its victims. [M,J,P]
- Derby Sex Gang : "The Derby sex gang was a group of men who sexually abused up to a hundred girls in Derby, England, in one of the most severe cases of sexual abuse in recent times. In 2010, after an undercover investigation by Derbyshire police, members of the group were charged with 75 offences relating to 26 girls. Nine of the 13 accused were convicted of grooming and raping girls between 12 and 18 years old." 13 Pakistani men. [M,A,P]
- Elm Guest House child abuse scandal : The Elm Guest House child abuse scandal arose from claims of sexual abuse and grooming of children at parties held at the former Elm Guest House in Rocks Lane, near Barnes Common in south-west London during the late 1970s and 1980s. Several prominent British men were alleged to have attended the Guest House, including former government ministers, senior MPs, top police officers, judges, pop music stars, and people with links to the Royal Households. - English Football Sexual Abuse Network : Historic sex abuse scandal involving 350 individuals within 55 professional and non-league clubs, who alleged sexual abuses by at least 5 prominent coaches, captains of football teams and various unnamed others; and has been investigated by 17 forces responding to 860 abuse helpine tips. - Halifax Sex Gang : "The Halifax sex gang was a group of 15 [convicted] British Asian men who committed serious sexual offences against two under-aged girls of indeterminate race and/or ethnicity in the English town of Halifax and city of Bradford, West Yorkshire." Over 100 men were believed to be involved but only 15 were convicted. Although these were "British-Asian" men, according to Wikipedia, only Pakistani men were arrested. This itself is very suspicious, indicating either a conspiracy in the British authorities itself or racial profiling. Either way, it's a sex crime conspiracy. [M,A,P -or- GUIJMFOP]
- Keighley Sex Gang : The Keighley sex gang was a group of 12 men who committed serious sexual offences against two under-aged white girls in the English town of Keighley and city of Bradford, West Yorkshire. In December 2015, they were found guilty of rape and other forms of sexual abuse by a unanimous jury verdict at Bradford Crown Court. [M,A,P]
- Kincora Boys' Home : "the Kincora Boys' Home was a boys' home in Belfast, Northern Ireland that was the scene of serious organised child sexual abuse, causing a scandal and attempted cover-up in 1980, with credible allegations of state collusion." - North Wales Child Abuse Scandal, Waterhouse Inquiry, and Operation Pallial : It set out a total of 140 allegations of abuse at 18 children's homes in North Wales between 1963 and 1992. The police stated in November 2013 that, in the previous year, over 200 people had come forward to assist their enquiries."... The results of Operation Pallial into this affair: a fifteenth arrest, of a 62-year-old man from Mold, was reported on 20 November. Further arrests, bringing the total to 18, were reported on 12 December. - Operation Hydrant : Not a conspiracy but rather the investigative efforts to discover more about 'non-recent' (ie: old) child abuse cases. According to Wikipedia, "In May 2015, Operation Hydrant had information on 1433 suspects, 216 of which are deceased, 666 suspects (um,...yeah.) related to institutions, 261 classified as people of public prominence, of which 506 are classified as unidentified, and 357 institutions have been identified within the scope o fthe operation" -- As of December 2015 there are 2,228 suspects under investigation, of whom 302 are classified as of "public prominence", (including 99 politicians and 147 celebrities from the media), and 1,217 operated within institutions (including 86 religious institutions, 39 medical establishments, 25 prisons/young offenders institutes, 22 sports venues, 10 community institutions, 81 other institutions such as guest houses, and 6 unknown).[5] 286 were dead, and 554 classified as unknown or unidentified. Of the prominent suspects, 39 were from the music industry and 17 from the world of sport." This is one of the best indications of a widespread network of child sexual abusers that crosscuts business and politics, and therefore directly implicates secret societies; emergent criminal mafias, and ideological movements or cults that are repugnant to the general sensibilities of the larger public [n/a]
- Operation Yewtree / Jimmy Savile Investigation : "Operation Yewtree is a police investigation into sexual abuse allegations, predominantly the abuse of children, against the British media personality Jimmy Savile and others. The investigation, led by the Metropolitan Police Service, started in October 2012. After a period of assessment it became a full criminal investigation, involving inquiries into living people, notably other celebrities, as well as Savile." - Rochdale Sex Trafficking Gang : The Rochdale sex trafficking gang preyed on under-age white teenage girls in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, England. Gang members were convicted of sex trafficking and other offences including rape, trafficking girls for sex and conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child, on 8 May 2012.[1] Forty-seven girls were identified as victims of child sexual exploitation during the police investigation. - Rotherham Child Sexual Exploitation Scandal : Widespread organized child sexual abuse took place in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, England, between 1997 and 2013. Local investigations into the abuse began in 1999, although some reports were never finalised or made public by the authorities. The report estimated that 1,400 children had been sexually abused in the town between 1997 and 2013, predominantly by gangs of British-Pakistani men. Abuses described included abduction, rape, torture and sex trafficking of children. Over the course of several arrests, a total of 20 Pakistani men were implicated [M,A,P]
- Telford Sex Gang : The Telford sex gang was a group of seven men of Pakistani descent who preyed extensively on pre-teen and under-age teenage girls in Telford, England before their arrest and prosecution. In cases stretching over two years to late 2012, they were convicted of sexual offences including rape, controlling child prostitution, causing child prostitution and trafficking for the purpose of prostitution. - Operation Doublet : Operation Doublet is an investigation set up in 2012 by Greater Manchester Police into child sexual exploitation in Rochdale and other areas of Greater Manchester, England. In March 2015, ten men were charged with serious sexual offences as part of the investigation, with further arrests expected. The 10 men sentenced in total to 125 years of prison in April 2016 are not the same 9 men convicted in 2012 for the first Rochdale sex trafficking gang. 47 female victims. [M,A,P]
- Oxford Sex Gang : "The Oxford sex gang was a group of seven men who preyed on pre-teen and under-age teenage girls in Oxford, England, from 2006 to[when?] before their arrest and prosecution. In May 2013, they were convicted of sexual offences including rape, conspiracy to commit rape, arranging or facilitating child prostitution, trafficking for sexual exploitation, and procuring a miscarriage. Their victims were "subjected to sexual violence marked out by its sadism: sexual assaults designed to draw blood, multiple rapes, [and] physical attacks in which [they were] choked". As in the similar Rochdale, Rotherham, Derby and Telford prosecutions, all the girls were white and all the abusers were not, leading to renewed discussion as to whether the crimes were racially motivated and whether the initial failure to investigate them was linked to the authorities' fear of being accused of racism." - Petersborough Sex Abuse Case : The Peterborough sex abuse case involved groups of men who committed serious sexual offences against under-aged girls, some as young as 12, in the English city of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. In a series of trials in 2014 and 2015, they were found guilty of rape, child prostitution and trafficking for sexual exploitation, among other offences. The men were of Pakistani,[2] Iraqi Kurdish and Slovak Roma heritage.[3] Police had been alerted by the Rotherham and Rochdale child abuse cases to the possibility of widespread abuse taking place. - Plymouth child abuse case of 2009 : The 2009 Plymouth child abuse case was a child abuse and paedophile ring involving at least five adults from different parts of England. The case centred on photographs taken of up to 64 children by Vanessa George, a nursery worker in Plymouth. It highlighted the issue of child molestation by women.
