The Indiana Libertarian Convention

This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Indiana Libertarian Party Convention. Although I have voted Libertarian for years, this was the first convention in Indiana I have attended. It was certainly different than the Texas convention. I was lucky enough to attend it in support of Adam Kokesh. I also was in Arizona just before their convention as well. Now I have been involved in one way or another in 3. It is awesome how different the Libertarians are in each state.

Indiana went pretty smoothly. It is true that everything is bigger in Texas but Indiana is my home. Above is a great picture of Elizabeth Van Horn, LNC region 3 Representative, and Madison Co. Secretary, my lovely wife, and I. Although Elizabeth and I don't always agree she and I have become friendly.

I also had the pleasure of seeing Joshua Smith, who is running for the LNC Chair. I first met Josh in Arizona. He has great ideas for the party, moving forward, and I believe he will unite us. This is his platform.

I did my fair share of shaking hands and talking to people. Although I certainly hope I represented Adam Kokesh well, the primary purpose for my attendance was to become even more involved. I now am an alternate delegate to the National Convention in New Orleans. Aside from that I found a couple of candidates from my own state to talk about to others.

Mark Rutherford delivered a heartfelt and inspiring speech as he began his run for the Indiana Secretary of State race.

Also, Lucy Brenton is a fantastic Senate candidate and will make the LPIN proud.

I will do my best to support our local candidates. It was awesome to meet so many freedom loving people from my home state. We have a bright future together here in Indiana.

Hopefully some of my new friends will also check out Adam Kokesh. With his help we can Finally Free America.
