The hand of Russian in the 2016 U.S elections is creating more confusion

The newest stories in town are confirming that the elections could have been interfered with by some Russian government affiliated hackers. Through the report revealed by DHS' acting Director of Cyber Division of the department's Office of Intelligence and Analysis, Samuel Liles and confirmed by another DHS official who is the Acting Director of Undersecretary, National Protection and Programs Directorate Jeanette Manfra, there are eye-browses being raised about the attempted hacks on the 21 states.
Even though the two officers confirmed that there was no successful intrusion by the hackers, several question are now being raised as to why would anybody attempt to change the votes.

                Until they release official proof that this happened it is just hearsay. I will not simply take government officials at their word.

                    I have not seen that proof. Do you have it? I would like to see it. So far all I have seen is a group of people "claiming" it happened.
