I used to live a life whereby I only criticized the war-mongering, union-busting, greedy and polluting "southern strategy" GOPwingers. Since Eugene McCarthy and George McGovern I always kept hope Democrats would improve and become more strongly on the side of the people with respect to domestic and foreign policy. But Obama going back on his promise as a "political outsider," coupled with Clinton continuation corporate-elite politics, has evolved into a scenario where it has become a good cop (D) vs. bad cop (R) mentality. Both political parties today support right wing politics when it comes to domestic and foreign policy.
Bernie Sanders was the best hope Democrats had seen in decades of greed-filled politics that saw a collapse of the American Dream and an end to the safety net which always helped the elderly, poor and disabled, where the opportunity to move up in the standing of life outright disappeared. The ladders of opportunity to climb became impossible as rungs to those ladders were taken!
Anyway, today, I criticize both Republicans and Democrats and, therefore, lots of folks criticize me. But that's okay. If you're right, no wrong will harm you!
