"In the Armed Forces of the Donetsk People's Republic scheduled training sessions were held. The process of improving the coordination of mechanized infantry battalions and tank battalions continued.

In the past day nine violations of the cease-fire regime from the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were recorded.

Last week the enemy increased shelling of civilian infrastructure. The buildings of the Donetsk filter station were damaged by the targeted mortar fire, but the Kiev occupants failed to violate water supply of to the settlements of the Republic.

We certainly expected the Ukrainian war criminals to commit brutal actions during the meeting of the Contact Group in Minsk. It is already becoming a system for them . But the blatant incident that occurred on February 14 is full of cynicism and once again confirms the attitude of the Ukrainian invaders towards the citizens of Donbass.

The punishers of 93th Mechanized Brigade commanded by war criminal Klochkov during working hours carried out targeted fire from BMP in the building of school No. 3 and an orphanage in Dokuchaevsk. About 400 children in horror were forced to hide from the Ukrainian fire in the basement. Only by a lucky chance the children were not affected. Many of them received a serious psychological trauma. An apartment in a multi-storey building was burnt, a hair salon received a damage.

In total for the past week the enemy violated the cease-fire regime for SIXTY-THREE times. One hundred thirty three 120 mm mines and three hundred nine 82 mm mines were launched.

The AFU fire affected twenty settlements of the Republic.

Twelve house buildings were destroyed and damaged as a result of shelling by the AFU.

One serviceman of the armed forces of the DPR and one civilian were injured.

The command of the AFU continues to concentrate heavy weapons near the demarcation line. In particular:

152 mm gun-howitzer D-20 - 18 units;

152 mm gun Giatsint-B - 12 units;

122 mm SAU "GVOZDIKA" - 5 units;

100 mm of anti-tank gun "RAPIRA" - 8 units;

tank T-72 - 2 units.

The headquarters of the so-called ATO from Kiev received special instructions to develop and conduct activities to address two important issues. The first is the adoption of operational measures to eliminate, up to the physical, uncontrolled Ukrainian militant nationalists. They stay in the conflict zone, sabotage orders of the AFU command and create their own unpredictable actions. The second issue is to create a resonant cause that Ukraine's military and political leadership could use to begin an active phase of military operations against the population of the Donbass.

We have a reliable information about the plans of the Ukrainian side to conduct a special operation in the zone of the so-called ATO under the command of General Lunev (commander of the Special Operations Forces of the AFU) and representatives of the SSU (Securty Service of Ukraine) and the National Guard.

Two combined detachments of several groups have been created for this purpose. Each group consists of servicemen of the Armed Forces, special forces as well as servisemen of the Security Service and the National Guard of Ukraine.

The first detachment includes specialists in mining and snipers. The additional trainings under the guidance of foreign specialists were conducted. Their task is a physical liquidation of the most odious leaders and militants of Ukrainian volunteer nationalist formations. We have revealed the participants of several groups that are members of this detachment.

1. Colonel Alexei Ilchenko (SSU).

2. Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Shidenko (SSU).

3. Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Chernenko (AFU).

4. Major Eugene Ershov (Forces of special operations).

5. Major Grigory Lagunov (AFU).

6. Major Dmitry Butrymenko (National Guard).

7. Major Bogdan Tokar' (National Guard).

8. Senior Lieutenant Sergei Snytsyerev (National Guard).

9. Lieutenant Pavel Marusenko (National Guard).

10. Sergeant Major Mikhail Buzmakov (Forces of Special Operations).

11. Senior Ensign Vladimir Dzyubanenko (National Guard).

12. Senior sergeant Oleg Timoshchenko (Forces of special operations).

13. Senior soldier Sergei Ivanchenko (National Guard).

14. Senior soldier Dmitry Verbivsky (National Guard).

15. Soldier Nikolai Buchinsky (National Guard).

The second squad is no less interesting. It consists of servicemen of special purpose units. Under the guidance of foreign instructors they had classes on conducting sabotage and terrorist activities including firing from mortars. The Ukrainian secret services plan envisages mortar shelling on populated areas in the territories occupied by Kiev, as well as employees of international organizations from areas close to the line of contact. The purpose is to accuse the leadership of the Republic of forged war crimes and to create a significant public resonance.

Some members of the Special Operations Forces squad were identified.

An American military delegation inspected the Ukrainian troops performing tasks in the zone of the so-called ATO last week. The Ukrainian generals cheerfully reported to their Western masters the full readiness of the subordinate troops to conduct combat operations. However, American specialists remained extremely unhappy with the deplorable state and low combat readiness of "one of the best armies in Europe", as Poroshenko believes. At the same time, a lot of questions arose about the expediency of spending money allocated from the US budget for the Ukrainian defense. Worst of all, the situation is in the 54th, 93rd and 25th brigades.

After the departure of the US inspection, visiting of the AFU brigades was noted by several commissions from the General Staff and the ATO headquarters with the task of monitoring the elimination of shortcomings, search and punishment of the perpetrators. Curators from the United States have promised to re-check the Ukrainian troops and to hear from the AFU generals more intelligible answer to the question of where the money of American taxpayers goes ."
