As per my opinion the answer is NO.
A) The Korean Peninsula is in China's interest, without their approval USA will not attack, and China is not seeking the solution in a military action in the forecoming future.
B) Harvey Hurricane is a big call to the states in this days, damage is around $70 billion
C) In piece time the operation of the navy has been suspended and it is under safety review due to accidents (https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2017/08/21/navy-orders-pause-operations-safety-review-after-uss-john-s-mccain-collision/586163001/) I am curious if the review has been already finished?
D) USA made a huge mistake in attacking Iraq, Libya, Afganistan and they have already huge dislike of it by many people. Let I quote here Tony Blair sentence on Iraq invasion, in which as a loyal and obidiente dog GB has followed the USA: "I express more sorrow, regret and apology than you can ever believe". I hope they will have more wisdom now. They don't need a Vietnam war 2
