Your "Rights" are Ultimately Meaningless

Naturally we have an equal and opposite right to death as we do to life relative to our own ignorance or knowledge respectively concerning relative matters excepting of course those matters that are out of ones control. This is one of the primary reasons for the second amendment to the Constitution of the USA, for self defense. Solid points made about Government infringing upon Liberty & Property but as far as the United States is Concerned these are meant to be protected via the Constitution and an Enlightened population the latter of which is lacking even amongst those who are highly educated.

Well, exactly. We don't have an Enlightened population, and the Constitution has either allowed, or done nothing to prevent, this growth in government that we have seen since its creation. With neither of those two principles working, the system is unfit to exist.
