THE DREADED MILITARY PARADE

It's certainly hard to understand why anyone would want a military parade, just as much as it's hard to understand why anyone wouldn't. Here's my .05 cents on this hot topic issue.

There are nay-sayers out there who accuse our POTUS of pulling a "Hitleresque" stunt; but is he? Of course if your primary source of information comes from social media or the press, then you're inclined to agree. That's why I'm such a huge fan of YouTube; the ease of obtaining information straight from the horse's mouth, rather than the media, gives me some relief that I'm not as 'crazy' as some would claim I am. Lets start with some simple facts that can easily be researched:

1. The U.S. has had military parades in the past. The end of WWII, and the end of the Gulf War parade in 1991 are great examples.
2. Towns across the U.S. still have parades for their local military units, especially for units that return from deployment.
3. There are NO parades for our wounded warriors; not at Landstuhl Germany, nor Walter Reed or Bethesda; and, certainly not at home. There is no fan-fair upon arrival or departure at the hospital; besides a small group of USO personnel providing the basic necessities. Once state-side, a duty vehicle stands ready at the airport to pick you up. "Thank you, I made it home; I could've very well died."

Some facts about Trumps inspiration to put together a military parade, which can easily be researched:

1. France's Bastille Day
2. Bringing annual military parades to the U.S.

I realize my list of researchable facts isn't extensive, but I'm reluctant to stoop down to the level of CNN, MSNBC, and other Leftist sources to start spewing their unsupported facts. We know this for a fact though, if we look past the nonsense that's spoonfed to us on a daily basis by the Leftist media outlets, we'd realize that this military parade will not only be a tribute to honor our military's service and sacrifice, but will also display the U.S. as a force to be reckoned with. Afterall, why is it 'ok' for pussy-hat wearing feminists to assemble, march, and block traffic? Why is it 'ok' for Gay-Pride parades to be shoved down our throats, and lets not forget Mardigras in New Orleans? Yet, it's so appalling to show our support for the military! You may tell yourself that Trump is doing this for himself, but I challenge you to provide 'facts' to support your claim. You will certainly be disappointed to find out that there are none.
