I will preface this post by saying that I'm not political, didn't vote, and I don't watch MSM. I did correctly predict that Donald Trump would win the election early on in the primaries and not necessarily because I was a supporter, but rather the tactics being utilized by Donald Trump were almost enough to guarantee a win. His tactics combined with a country that is facing a rapidly declining middle class and a recent shift in ultra politically correct rhetoric being the only type of acceptable speech in part largely fed by shook-beta SJW's which doesn't coincide with the opinions of the average middle class American subsequently allowed for a perfect storm victory.
As mentioned, I don't watch MSM, however it is still very difficult to get away from it 100% as carrying a mobile device streams "news" at you daily and while visiting friends/family I sometimes have to put up with watching what they have on TV. I think being a non-political member of society may allow for me to have a better non-emotional point of view. Everywhere I look there is non-stop Donald Trump bashing. It's the same story over and over and over. He said this, he tweeted this, he said this. . blah blah blah. I would like to point out that Trump didn't win the election by not being popular. He was probably the most popular candidate in all of history in regards to the way he utilized the media to his advantage. Trump used the "any news is good news" strategy. They were played like a fiddle and they continue to be played like a fiddle as he continues to use the tactics that allowed him to become leader of the most powerful nation in the world. It's almost humorous watching the controlled and bias MSM jump up at every single ridiculous tweet that this man sends to his millions of followers. I have not heard one good thing said about Donald Trump in the last year. It's rather hard for me to believe that the man has not done one thing right.
But lets get back to why he was elected in the first place, which I think should be our focus, and not focusing on the man who is our president. He was elected president of the United States because he was the least political candidate we have ever had. The complete opposite, other side of the pole, shoot from the hip, unfiltered, unedited, say it like he wants, candidate. The people at least know what they are getting with Donald Trump and whether he is a buffoon or not, the people of the United States would rather have a buffoon than a sneaky politician. This is the state that America is in right now. The people are fed up with the way the country has been going and they displayed their distaste in voting for the least politically correct president. This doesn't say much for the previous path of this country nor does it say much for the current modus operandi which I have faith is being altered by Trump. Trump was the vote for change. The vote for something different. The vote for something new because people are tired in particular with slow wage growth and increasing inflation over the past 30 years. Before we start pointing fingers at the president, maybe we should look at the shit pile the man was left to deal with.
Some would argue that the president is racist by his comments but maybe its because that he goes off script on topics that some politicians simply would side-step. He approaches any and all topics without fear. He voices his opinion, goes of the teleprompter, and speaks to the American people, not like a politician but a man with conviction. He is definitely not afraid to push the boundaries and when questioned on his authority he smashes his opposition. I cannot say that I do not respect this personality type and I simply cannot say that he is racist because he is not afraid to speak freely on subjects. I call that guts. I also have a list of 17 prominent black supporters of Trump even after his so-called support of white supremacy. Anyone who thinks the man is a racist should spend some time reviewing his corporate hiring history at Trump Inc. Being not-politically correct does not make one a racist and the people of this country are tired of having to walk on egg-shells for no reason regarding the played out racial story. Black, white, brown, yellow. People are fed up and we as a country should look at the reasons why and not put all our focus on the Orange Man in office.
Focusing on what a man says and what a man does are also two very different things. In the case of Donald Trump I think it is very difficult to get a glimpse into what he is accomplishing or thinking because as I stated earlier, it seems to be "The Donald" and the White House versus the media. His accomplishments in office are not getting covered and when anything is being reported it is done with a negative slant/bias. We can all be happy about our investments this year as the stock market is taking a favorable reaction to his presidency and the last I checked his negotiation skills were utilized in avoiding a government shutdown. Those seem to be two positives of many others we may not be hearing about.
Trump leads in a divide and conquer manner coupled with media diversion tactics that they still haven't caught on to. His strategy is a business strategy often used in corporate America by CEO's and upper management to keep order by pinning underlings against one another, and weeding out those that don't pledge allegiance to the corporation. It is quite effective and not the most moral way to conduct oneself, but certainly a way to keep order and power at the top. In my honest opinion the moral high ground is not something utilized in politics anyhow as smear campaigns seem to happen on a regular basis.
We are yet to see what the history books are going to write about Donald Trump but if he proves to be successful he may have paved the way for a new political party. As you may know, Trump was once a Democrat, now a Republican, and most likely in his heart not attached to either side. He is his own man. You may hate, disagree, despise the president but like it or not, he is the elected President of the United States. Maybe its time to have an open mind and give him a chance to prove himself.
I will leave with the following thing to ponder for those that can't stand the look of the man or the sound of his voice.
If Donald Trump is such a terrible loser, than how much of a loser must a person be to lose an election to him?

I'd also thought I'd let you know that Trump's approval rating is identical to Obama's at the end of their first year at 46%. Trump has had one of the most productive first year's in history that the media does not talk about. It's taken a year but it now looks like the pundits are saying hold on a minute here.

Great write up Dawg! Trump is a breath of fresh air and is exposing a whole raft of swamp creatures for who they are. not only in politics but the carefully constructed media that guide so many down the garden path through television news and music.
There all too full of themselves to even know they have all been had! And I for 1 am Loving it.
Keep up the good work Brother, See you at the tables.
Cheers

Donald Trump was elected President because he wasn't Hilliary.
ANYONE who ran against Hilliary would have won.

With the exception of Bernie Sanders apparently, he convinced enough voters but fell short of super delegates in the primary. Bernie was too nice, it took an asshole to beat Hillary and expose her for the fraud she is. DJT was the right man at the right time.

Nah, Trump would of branded Bernie as Bernie the commie and that would of been the end of Sanders. He did it to Bush, Rubio, Cruz, and Hillary and it worked. What would of made Bernie any different? Trump would of gotten even more of the white vote than he did. Trust me, Trump beat Hillary in a rigged election that had illegals voting for her. Sanders had millenial support who want socialism, no way would he have gotten anyone over 30.

The problem is decline from Christian values, family values, traditional values, heritages, objectivity, the ten commandments, the golden rule, and all of those things that have been passed on for thousands of years. Trump is trying to help with lowering taxes, regulations, problems, unemployment, and everything, while facing Soros, Rothschild, Rockefeller, Clinton, Obama, the NWO, the UN, corporatism, technocracy, plutocracy, the swamp, and everything. Together, we make the world better through Bitcoin, Steemit, Minds, Gab, blockchain, cryptocurrency, Ubuntu, Firefox, decentralization, open source, through capitalism, competition, discussions, less taxes, more freedoms, and more.

I'm an Oregonian, born in 1985, and just got back on Thanksgiving 2017 from teaching in Vietnam for five years. So, I've been observing the USA from out in Asia. People need to do their best to do whatever they can to help. Don't just complain. When it comes to voting, people can vote for those people who support American values, if they want, as opposed to the values of globalism, communism, socialism, collectivism, and everything, and that may or may not be Trump and/or other people. But we all must remind people that it is not simply and merely about Trump or this person or that person or country or thing or whatever. What is happening in the USA, and the potential there, is bigger than Trump. Sadly, most of USA gov, including in the Trump cabinet, are not Make America Great people, patriots. Most of the people in the gov are Obama people and other shadow members and more. They don't do what Trump wants them to do. We live in an info war.
