Politics is bullshit - the simple truth

It's interesting that you say that. I don't know where on the left to place myself but I do know that I'm leftist. I've recently been watching people of the left denomination peddle such demands out of a core feeling of jealousy rather than genuinely wanting prosperity for all.

I understand that times are tough right now, and people have been unfairly treated but in times like these it's better to come together than divide. I'm going to be unaffected with all my savings in crypto yet I still voted for leftist Policies. It's too damn right that I pay my fair share.

I cannot vote left. Quotas, minimum wage, pro-EU. I cannot support people who peddle this. The last time I voted was 2 years ago for the AfD, when they were still an anti-EU party and not just another anti-immigration party.

I disagree with anti-immigration. I think it boosts culture and economy, but that's only my opinion

I am ok with less immigration. There is a lot of cultural divide in Germany, ie ghettos and districts where certain ethnic groups are dominant. I love other cultures and am not that big fan of my own, but I feel people who are proud and in harmony with the german culture have a right to preserve it.

But if anyone talks about the "hate religion islam" it goes way to far.

German culture used to much different than today. the Munchhausen movie I posted gives you a great impression on how germans used to be before the nazis came, even if it is a movie made them.

I have a lot of cultural knowledge on Germany. My wife lived there for 8 years as an English teacher to businessmen. She learned a great deal about society and people over there, and has told me about it in depth. I enjoy the culture, her friends are really nice, as I am finding you are too.

I've been to Hamburg and Saarbrucken - love the cultural differences.

I traveled rather seldom in my adult life. As kid I was often in africa and turkey. When I visited a festival in spain 2 years ago with camping for 2 weeks, I remembered how much I love to get to know different cultures. One of the reasons I will definitely go the Steemfest in Lisbon.

You know, I might just go to that too!

I will try to get German beer shipped there, so we can have some 👍

I'm not a drinker - but I'll have a non-alcoholic beer! :)
