Well, this should be fun! An actual Indian-born American scientist, who is challenging Elizabeth Warren for her Senate seat in Massachusetts, has filed a lawsuit against the city of Cambridge for attempting to fine him over a sign displayed on his bus that refers to Warren as a "fake Indian."
Shiva Ayyadurai, an Indican-born American scientist who holds 4 degrees from MIT and questionably claims to have invented email based on the electronic mail software called "EMAIL" he wrote as a New Jersey high school student in the late 1970s, is sporting a sign on his campaign bus that reads, “Only a REAL INDIAN Can Defeat the Fake Indian.”

If you recall, Senator Warren became embroiled in controversy after it was discovered that she lied about being of Native American descent in order to secure jobs, including one as a Harvard law professor.
Once called out on it, Warren refused genealogy tests to prove her claims.
“The problem with Warren’s story is that none of the evidence supports it,” Cherokee genealogist Twila Barnes wrote after researching Warren's family.
Ayyadurai is taking advantage of her lies.
However, in the process, he has filed a lawsuit against the City of Cambridge over alleged building code violations with regards to his bus sign.

The Washington Times reports:
In an April 5 letter, Cambridge building inspector Branden Vigneault said his department had received “a series of anonymous complaints” about the large signs, which are posted on either side of a school bus parked in front of an office building owned by Mr. Ayyadurai.Mr. Vigneault said an inspection had determined that the signs, each of which takes up almost the entire side of the bus, were posted “without approvals and permits,” and violated the city zoning ordinance.
“These signs must be removed immediately,” Mr. Vigneault said in a letter released by the Ayyadurai campaign. “Failure to do so, may result in fines up to $300.00 dollars per day and legal action.”
Ayyadurai responded, “We will not remove the slogan from our bus,” believing that the code refers to structures, not a bus. “We will defend the First Amendment, and we will fight this egregious attack on the First Amendment, at any cost.”
Fox News reports that the sign has been posted on the bus since March 17 and is "stationed in a parking lot in front of an office building owned by Ayyadurai," just a mile from his home.
He claims that the campaign didn't receive any complaints from the city, till they altered the message.
“It was only when we put, ‘Only a real Indian can defeat the fake Indian,’ so it’s clearly trying to censor speech,” he said.
President Donald Trump has hilariously referred to Warren as "Pocahontas."
As for Ayyadurai, he is using the media attention and spreading his message via Twitter.
I'm not for either one of these people to win, but this little episode makes for some fun in the midst of the ongoing criminality of the Democrat Party. Grab your popcorn!
