I would require Everyone to comply with the rule of Law!
Income Must exceed expendatures, period!
One citizen, one vote, with picture ID; any more permanently removes the ability to vote!
Knowingly registering a person illegally, must be a felony, and include permanent removal from politics and voting.
Fight to help the indigent, but if people are able to work, they must be trained for real work. If they are Not able, we morally need to take care of them, Period!
Cut the goverment size by 50% within the year; with a goal of a total of 10% within a decade!
Allow non-profits to administer welfare; Under regular audit, and close that portion of the government.
Institute the Fair Tax, close the IRS.
Make the bureaucratic government positions; elected positions, with term limits.
Audit the entire government; yearly, by an outside agentcy. Rotate these agencies every year.
Other than these small changes, I would not make any changes, LOL! :)
