It becomes a pressure as soon as it is expected of you instead of it is being what you want to do. I am fine with women doing both of those things, if it is what THEY want. I have heard many many American women complaining about wearing high heels, and doing make up everyday, but they felt they had to do it because of their jobs. Men having to shave, and wear a tie to the workplace is similar, but I am sure high heels are much more painful, and at the end it deforms the feet itself!! Aaanyhow... there is so much to say... :)
