I disagree. An attack on North Korea would not be detrimental to global growth and stability. The US is known as the world police, yeah, but that has a very very negaitve connotation when talked about in other countries.

North Korea is Bogeyman, a dangerous Bogeyman, but the hostility is from the side of the USA. North Korea would love to have better relations with the US.
