Distributed networks are the basis of modern political technologies

The main problem of all transformations is the consciousness of people. When it comes to political technologies, it immediately becomes clear that novice politicians are going to use old technologies, hierarchical structures in order to come to power and give people benefits from institutional reforms from the top.

The first problem of this view is not the possibility of carrying out institutional reforms in favor of pluralism of power. Inclusive institutions do not grow from above, hierarchical structures are only able to reproduce themselves and to toughen violence against people.

Institutional reforms are the result of the complication of social relations as a result of the agglomeration of cities, the response to the need to regulate a greater number of interests of different groups of the population.

The second problem is also in the minds of beginning politicians. To solve the problems of power pluralism, they create hierarchical structures, this is how to conduct surgical operations with a gas burner.

Moreover, in Russia, after the Communists fled in 1991, the power was seized by the richest of all hierarchical structures with practically unlimited resources - the FSB. How can any politician in Russia resist this structure? No way.

There are two options: either it will be bought, and the structure created by it will work for the committee; or he will be killed like Boris Nemtsov and the hierarchical structure will also cease to exist.

Moreover, by carrying out subversive activities against special services after coming to power, it is not possible to exercise any power or conduct institutional reforms. Without siloviki, it is not possible to keep a single legal and economic space.

The only way to change the life in the country is to move from below through municipal authorities, and political technologies can be built on the principle of a distributed network.

Hierarchical structures with such methods of work can not interact, either for the purpose of buying and managing, or for the purpose of liquidation. They exist in different planes and exist with different time characteristics.
