Three hour Traffic Jam on the I-10 Freeway, just East of the Orris ditch. (Why this ditch was named Orris is beyond me). High Taxes, Water Restrictions, Gun Bans, Ammo Bans, Plastic straw bans, over taxed and over regulated sanctuary State under Governor Moonbeam's thumb has started a general panic in part of the California population.
