Every time Russia has agreed to a cease fire -- which they cannot readily reject without looking like "the agressor" -- the Puppet Masters have used the time to help the US-UK-backed terrorists regroup and set the stage, as you say, for false-flag attacks. Russia should have made the cease-fire contingent on U.S. inspections of any area they thought was being used to prepare for a chemical attack. That would have turned the tables, because how could the US refuse to inspect the areas where they thought chemical preparations were being made.
