Yes.

It took more than two years but it's about time users could redistribute rewards from an overvalued post without miscommunicating an attack on the author.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
