poloniex account frozen 해결했어요!

폴로닉스 이용하시는 분들 중 계정이 잠겨버리는 문제가 발생하면 해결하는 방법입니다

저는 약 2달이 걸렸네요.. 첫번째 요청을 보냈지만 아무 연락도 없어서 기다리다 기다리다.. 트위터로 요청하고 고개센터에 게시물을 3회정도 올렸습니다 .

우선 계정을 풀기위해서는..

위 링크는 폴로닉스와 별개로 아이디 생성을 해야합니다 .

보통 우리나라는 사이트 내부에 고객센터가있지만.. 해외사이트는 아닌 것 같네요

아이디를 만들고 우측에 new support ticket을 누르신 후..

요청사항을 적으시면됩니다 .

아 그리고 티켓을 끊기전에.. 폴로닉스에서 otp인증을 해야하는데요 .

폴러닉스 접속하시면 우측에 two-factor~~~ 이부분을 눌러서 otp설정하시면됩니다 .

I have sumitted 2FA authentication about 2 months ago and been waiting for being completed until now.
MOREOVER, I have recently frozen my account by mistake about a month ago. I'm supposed to submit the 2FA authentication to enable the acount, right? THE THING IS that I've already done it 2 months ago and been still waiting!!! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO MORE?

CAN YOU PLZ REPLY TO THIS ASAP???

You froze your account via email confirmation, please enable 2FA security on your Poloniex account and print the 16 digit backup code.

Do the same on your email provider, enable 2FA security on it.

Please check further instructions on the confirmation email we sent you.

이메일로 6자리 코드가 날라오는데 이 코드를 적으면 풀어줍니다. .
