Cirlce was in the crypto game in the past, maybe it wanted to jump in again but with style either way it only helps Poloniex and the crypto it trades.
Yeah, I've been waiting for any kind of news for this whole month as well. Having part of my STEEM on poloniex ist quiet annoying, since nobody gave any time and date, when I will be able to withdraw. no reaction to my support-ticket whatsoever... so no withdrawal for now.
