Poloniex cheating Us?? Disabled Withdrawal / Deposits. POLONIEX SCAM?

Hey guys,
Few Days back I saw a price difference of SBD price between Poloniex and Bittrex. and Before purchasing SBD for arbitrage I double-checked that the withdrawals are ON.
There was no notice that the withdrawals/Deposits are Halted. When i bought a few SBD and transferred them it went pending and for next 2 days it was still pending. (I was not aware what had happened in the earlier June 2017 might be the same position in which i am Right now).

So basically, who is responsible for this?
Poloniex or SBD Team?? what you think.

IS POLONIEX DOING THIS TO STOP ARBITRAGE?
Well, in my opinion Arbitrage in Cryptos is one of the best thing in the market. It stabillise the price of crypto in the market. and i don't think neither Poloniex / Bittrex will loses anything in that arbitrage. They are charging Trading Fees for that. and when Buyer/Seller are available at that price difference. what is then the problem?
Its already a week and still no response from Poloniex in that case.
I am thinking to Switch to Bittrex.
I bought 1000 SBD @ 49000
and current price as of now is 27900.
so Basically I am ruined by poloniex and mostly by my greed of arbitrage.
I wish this to be normal ASAP.
whats your opinion guys?
