I still have a steem deposit in Poloniex from 17 days ago that has NOT been credited yet. I also have a support ticket open for the same length of time, with zero response... Am I alone, or are there others in the same boat?

      Yeap. I double checked memo was right too. The whole support issue (and now missing trollbox) is what has me most concerned.
