Got a notification saying I need to "go through support to withdraw the funds" in the account.

Anyone else experience this? Kinda anxiety inducing.

        Sorry to hear, but there are other good exchanges. Since Polo appears to be domiciled in DE (Delaware) I hope they keep their license there. I wonder, however, if they are really in the U.S. at all. I mean how hard is it to rent cloud space in former USSR these days?

          haha! True! Google offers Russian cloud space for free for Business users... Do you have any experience with Kraken? I signed up there but verification is taking forever!
