    Dam that sucks , but Where have you been poloniex wallets have been frozen for over a week and it says that steem exchanges are down when you first log on

        I actually dont know if you can get it back, there are allot of people with this situation check the poloniex page on here for more information. Also the best alternative is for trade sbd externally is Bittrex
