I just logged into my Poloniex account and was greeted by a fishy alert stating that they updated their Terms of Use. What did they update exactly? This smells fishy. Why does it feel like they just lawyered up?
If you look at the section 23. Arbitration, they specify that we agree to confidential binding arbitration, and that we also agree to expressly waive trial by jury. Was this always in here? The timing of this feels really strange given the BCC hard fork, and Poloniex's reluctance to support the new blockchain.
