What are you talking about?
What 75 Billion STEEM Points?
There is no proof, all it means is that @damarth used Poloniex exchange to transfer his coins, he could have easily used Bittrex or Binance exchange for that.
How else do you think people buy and invest in STEEM other then using a exchange such as Polo.
