আমাদের ডালিম গাছে বেশ ভাল ডালিম ধরেছে
আমাদের বাড়িতে একটি ডালিম গাছ আছে। এই ডালিম গাছে বেশ অনেক ভাল ডালিম ধরেছে। প্রথম বারের মতো ডালিম গাছে এত ভাল ডালিম ধরেছে। গত বছর ডালিম গাছটি লাগানো হয়েছিলো। গাছটিকে বেশ যন্ত করা হয়।
আমাদের বাংলাদেশের ডালিম বেশ সুস্বাদু। এবং আমাদের দেশে প্রচুর পরিমানে ডালিম উৎপাদন করা হয়। এবং অন্নদেশ থেকেও প্রচুর পরিমানে ডালিম আমাদের দেশে আনা হয়।
ডালিম সাধারণত আমাদের দেশে আসুস্ত মানুষের জন্য বেশি ব্যবহার করা হয়। আবার ছোট বাচ্ছাদের জন্যও ডালিম খাওয়ানো হয়। ডালিমে প্রচুর পরিমানে আয়রন আছে। যা বাচ্চাদের প্রচুর আয়রন প্রয়োজন হয়। এবং হাড় মজবুত করার কাজে ব্যবহার করা হয়। ডালিম আমারও অনেক প্রিয়ো ফল। কিন্তু ডালিমের বাজার মূল্য অনেক বেশি। যারা ডালিম চাষ করে ওরা প্রচুর পরিমানে লাভবান হয়ে থাকে।
আমাদের বাসার গাছের ডালিম খাওয়ার জন্য সবাইকে দাওয়াত রইল।

ডালিম ফল এবং রস হিসাবে খেতে খুব সুস্বাদু। এতে উচ্চমানের অ্যান্টিঅক্সিডেন্ট এবং পটাসিয়ামের আছে, যা রক্তচাপ স্বাভাবিক রাখতে সাহায্য করে এবং হৃদরোগ নিরসনে সহায়তা করে। এটি ভিটামিন সি এবং অ্যান্টিঅক্সিডেন্টের সমৃদ্ধ উৎস। এটি নির্দিষ্ট ক্যান্সার এবং অ্যালঝাইমার (Alzheimer) রোগ থেকে রক্ষা করে।
