Essence of success #1: LOVE & PATIENCE

So many resolutions. So many dreams. But how and what for a great 2018?

Looking back last year to move forward this year, I ponder what is the most important thing to achieve this year. I realise nothing can be achieved if I remain the same: worrisome sometimes, fearful here and there and impatience come unexpectedly. There were many times I was full of faith, fearless too, and patience like still-water, but there was improvement to be done.

So, the first and foremost I want to achieve this year is to be a better me. I personally think this is utmost achievement, not only for me, but for everyone.

Love is essential.

In fact it is the essence of life. If I have millions and zillions of money but I do not have love, I rather die (just an expression, no worries). Seriously! If I have alot of steem power, STEEM and SBD but I have no one to spend with, I have no community to share with or talk to, I rather disappear. Love and relationship - it is so vital, in fact, it is the most important vitamin for your body and soul. Therefore, this year I want to love myself more. To acknowledge and accept who I am, also to explore more into my talents and interests. It is difficult as a mother where I am 24 hours being occupied by family and children, but again, there is a will, there is a way. Nothing is impossible for those who believe in Him and I know God will help me. I am also very inspired by alot of women in this community, firstly by @jaynie and I thank her through her life I see alot of possibilities. Secondly by @karenmckersie, through her I come across so many positive blogs and her life is exuberant. Many more people in this platform that their life's stories depict nothing else but a person of love and relationship. Besides loving and accepting myself, I want to love people more as well. Well, the bible says "Love never fails". For a great resolution to come to pass and not fail, let's love yourself and love people.

Patience is virtue.

Patience is like building puzzle. You need time. And you don't give up halfway.
We all know this by heart. But still, challenges can squeeze us leaving us either feeling like giving up, or too overwhelmed we become monster. There are many situations where patience is very much needed. Perhaps you want to lose weight and that needs patience. Maybe you want to see your SBD and SP increase and that needs patience. Or you desire a wish/dream come true and that requires patience too. Like me, I wish I can be free to fly which means my children are all grown-up and have their own family - THAT certainly takes a lot of patience because it will be 20-30 years down to road. I heard this from church before that patience is not simply the ability to wait, but what you do or how you behave while we are waiting. I learn from Jesus alot in this because I think His display of patience is the best of the best. He in his glorious kingdom came to wretched earth to stay among us sinners, started from baby that needed care and love of human mother, born as carpenter's child, year by year he grew up till 33 years old then only the time arrived, where he was crucified and alive again to bridge us back to Him, to cleanse us of all sins and see us righteous through his blood. THAT is a looooòng wait. Therefore, whatever dream or success you want to achieve this year, be patience and daily works toward the goal. Plus, pair it with 'do-not-give-up', then we will do fine and great this year. Don't forget to give time for the egg of success to hatch.

Well, I do not want to overstress myself with too many points that I, or we, ought to make a change to be better this year. Just these two first ⤵️
