材料准备,玉米粒约60克
锅内放入适量黄油,也可以用花生油、橄榄油等代替,不过没有黄油香
油温五成热时把玉米倒进锅里,玉米就会自己爆开
盖上盖子,前后摇晃,不摇晃玉米粒容易受热不均匀直接糊掉不爆开
等只有稀疏的爆开的声音,就可以关火了。趁热加入白糖,搅拌均匀。然后就可以开吃了,是不是很简单?
