NSFW-Alexa Nova - Owen Gray - POV

in porn •  8 years ago  (edited)

Disclaimer: Please mute me if you are easily offended, my posts are intended for open-minded 18+ adults only.

Owen Gray is a good friend of mine.... the unconditional love in his open marriage is inspiring, he is an amazing performer, and I also have a lot of respect for him as a person. I've made 3 videos with him so far (that I own)... since we definitely have sexual chemistry. Here's some pics & gifs from our scenes, enjoy! xox
But first! (so porn doesn't show up as thumbnail, hopefully.... assuming it uses the first pic posted)
here's a pics of me frustrated earlier today while having difficulties making these gifs! lol

To quote @steemtits :
People not using the nsfw tag as the 1st tag, but using it, have a valid point until this issue is properly handled. At the moment using the nsfw tag as the 1st tag is nearly equivalent to not posting at all.

Which is why I changed the first tag to not NSFW... so my post doesn't get hidden/censored.
I thought this was supposed to be an uncensored site... :(

Hello @alexanova, welcome to steemit (beta 0.16.0) - Steemit is currently not set up to properly facilitate pornography due to the EULA stating users has to be 13 years old to join steemit, which has sparked a lot of debates that the community is eager to solve so that steemit becomes a platform for everyone from everywhere.

I welcome you to take part in the discussion on SteemSpeak Radio and also look over the following proposal and consider supporting it.

Proposal #1: How to accommodate adult-content on Steemit

Support #1: Porn on Steemit - How to deal with it?

Sincerely and in all friendliness
@fyrstikken & @fyrst-witness

Steemit is currently not set up to properly facilitate pornography

That is not an accurate statement.

People are encouraged to use the Steem Blockchain for any sort of legal content that they wish.

We will, of course, implement various features on the steemit.com website to allow users to curate and filter what they wish to view. That said, anyone can and should post whatever they want—right now.

I am glad to see you in the comments, @sneak - But Steemit.com End User License Agreement/terms of service states that you have to be 13 years to join steemit.com.

So I am glad to hear that the DEV-team will implement various features for SafeMode on/off and better categorization.

But DO NOT FORGET to make the 18+ EULA so we don´t have to suffer some stupid legal matters due to the current EULA being set at 13 Years of age.

Steem on :)

That is a different matter related to a US federal law around service providers storing personal information of young children, and is unrelated to the content of the site. We didn't pick that figure.

The EULA of the steemit.com website has no bearing on the public Steem Blockchain or the content that users post into it. steemit.com is not the only way to post.

@sneak, do you have an approx ETA on when the changes will come into effect?

is "2017" too approximate for you? :D

It depends on a number of factors which aren't clear right now (we're on a hiring spree at the moment) but specific features will be better scheduled in the new year. Look for our company (Steemit Inc), platform (the Steem Blockchain), and product (steemit.com) 2017 Roadmap that comes out on or before 1/1. It clears up a lot of the confusion over what and why we're up to.

Little features like this have taken a backseat to our huge, user-growth initiatives thus far, and will probably continue to do so until either a) they are existential threats (occasional porn isn't, yet) or b) we have enough operational bandwidth to both make the site compelling/addictive and implement all the nice-to-haves like better display preferences.

We're listening, and we're on it.

@sneak: 2017 is fine :) I love what you guys are doing and thrilled that you are listening to us.

Would you give a vote to @fyrst-witness as well, my witness is DEDICATED to Steemit promotion and that is all the money will be used for. I am currently #52 and would like to be #25.

Merry Christmas @sneak - give a hug to @ned and @dantheman from me. :)

Oh, and please come and TALK with us on SteemSpeak Radio - 24/7 Raw Steemit-Talk & Great Music

I spend 17 hours per day there encouraging people to invest, helping new users and making sure that the FREE SPEECH is granted for everyone.

Hundreds of people, magnificent audience - you will love it :D

and a Happy New Year :)

I for one think you're leading a porn revolution here on Steemit.

Power to you. Eventually porn was gonna find it's way onto STEEM.

Or at least make it optional for users.

yes this is all that will be necessary I am sure you too agree @alexanova, with a choice given on entering with possibly an age verification as well ! ) Welcome here on steemit to you by the way ) Steem On Sister !

Absolutely. This is important to me. Legal content that harms no one should always have the ability of being front and center on this site if it is sufficiently popular.

We're going to have to do work around display preferences for users—the current hiding of nsfw posts by default was a quick hack and is a temporary solution until we can get something better in place.

Thank you! ;I really hope they change their policy about keeping "nsfw" content hidden.

I agree

Great Post, feel free to reach out to me on steemit.chat! Lets get the NSFW section of steemit rolling!

Hi @alexanova! I feel honored by your citation, thanks! (upvoted & resteemed your post).

And of course I like your natural tits (and the rest of you, not just your body). I hope you can win this "battle" here on steemit!

And nice creampie, thanks for sharing, cheers!

Thanks for the support! Much appreciated! :) <3

You're welcome :)

Thanks for that! Absolutely agree with your idea, filtering of adult content should be optional.

Hi I have proposed a solution here which should keep everyone happy and prevent flags until there is a permanent platform based solution (e.g. filtering or toggling of NSFW content). Let me know what you think.

Completely agree with your suggestion!
I'll def make sure to put NSFW in title & use a PG pic as first photo.
I'm also going to start adding a disclaimer at the beginning of my adult posts, to warn people underage or easily offended, to click elsewhere.

Cool. Glad you like it.

I was wondering if you would actually follow through you actually did oh no lol

I'm enjoying your posts for two reasons. The first reason is that you are hot and I like seeing you get fucked. The second reason is that it amuses me to see prudes get offended. I'm not sure which reason I like more, but it doesn't matter. :)

Don't desperate or give up, you are like the first explorer going through a virgin forest. I think you might even have inspired another user in letting go of her shyness since doing your introduction. It might also only be a coincidence, but yesterday @denvermax invited people to join her in a Live Webcam Model chat. :-)

Hi, sort of off topic.

You mention that Owen has an open marriage, I'm just wondering, is his wife also in the industry?

Thanks
Cg

She is sorta in the industry. I don't believe she performs on film, but she is a professional domme who teaches men without much sexual experience about how to be intimate.... from what I know.

Very interesting; thanks for answering :-)

Cg

I am not sure if you need to worry about flags. If you have plenty of upvotes probably can't harm your reputation.
Good luck anyway!

I am sad to see your post being flagged. Nudity or sexual content is not, in my opinion, a legitimate reason to flag a post. :(

I agree. Some people are easily offended obviously.
I think they prob flagged before I added "NSFW" to the title. :3

@alexanova, write a little about your story and how you find porn. There's a lot of discussion about it and it could give arguments for a better debate.

Like how I started?
I suppose I could... will at some point. :)

Yes, because if you explain average people you are not here just to try earn easy money, opinions will change. Also, i think you are not a dumb girl and you know how important is earn money to pay your bills.
Think a little, there's no shame on sell your privacy. The best argument is, why you need to do it!

Completely understand.
I'll give some background on myself on a post, along with some non-porn content.... I plan on doing that today. Thank you for your input!! <3

Power up your posts and people will change opinion about you. We want investors and as you power up your steem you will become one!

the reason i flagged this is because you didn't use the nsfw tag at the beginning. Some of us like myself don't want to see this sort of content. Also, the fact that 13 year-olds are on this site, it makes it even more of a liability.

IF I USE IT AT THE BEGINNING, IT'S BASICALLY AS IF I DIDN'T POST ANYTHING. I'M SURE YOU'D LIKE THAT, BUT I DON'T LIVE TO PLEASE YOU. I STILL USED THE TAG &&&& PUT 'NSFW' IN TITLE &&&&& USED A NON-NUDE PHOTO AS FIRST PHOTO.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE 'NSFW' CONTENT, THEN HOW ABOUT......
DONT CLICK ON IT IF YOU SEE IT IN THE TITLE!!!!!!

IT'S UP TO PARENTS TO MONITOR THEIR CHILDREN'S INTERNET USAGE THE BEST THEY CAN. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CENSOR MYSELF ON A SUPPOSEDLY UNCENSORED SITE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I'M DOING EVERYTHING POLITE & RESPECTFUL I CAN THINK OF TO LABEL IT PROPERLY AND BEING MINDFUL OF THUMBNAIL IMAGE, TO PREVENT OFFENDING PEOPLE THAT DON'T WANT TO SEE THE CONTENT.

Just scroll on! Nudity is NO reason to flag something, especially since I put 'nsfw' in title, used 'nsfw' tag, and non-nude thumbnail.

you're actually breaking the rules by not using the "nsfw" tag first. We have gone over this for a very long time within Steemit, and by refusing to follow the rules as set forth in the beginning will cause you to continue to get flagged. It's actually more than that though, it's disrespectful. maybe there will be a place where porn can flourish, but the trending pages, which is facing to the world, is not the place for it. Your disrespect of young people, as young as 13 is particularly troubling.

Market signals are working correctly.

When steemit.com updated with a bug that applied draconian censorship of posts in the nsfw tag, posters circumvented that bug. This is reasonable behavior. @alexanova did her utmost to post responsibly, and she has no control over the code or behavior of steemit.com to fix the bug. I say she acted responsibly considering the situation she was presented with. Flagging the post because it violated a rule is dogmatic given the existence of this bug, and I would say posts like this should be posted in other tags (with the maximum possible care to avoid people seeing content they don't want to see) until that bug gets fixed. That's the only way fixing the bug becomes a priority, which it absolutely should be (and I think it's fixed now anyways, no? It's hard to tell without scraping the chain, which is the nature of censorship)

That notwithstanding, the deal of Steem is that anyone can downvote for any reason with or without justification. Thus @stellabelle is fully in the right for flagging the post; that is her prerogative.

On the one hand, we have a market signal which punishes Steemit.com for censorship by overflowing the now-broken channels that were created for adult content. On the other hand, we have many users flagging this content because it's not going in the nonexistent appropriate channels for it. This is, from an economics perspective, basically optimal: No one is happy with the current situation, which means that it will be resolved in minimum time. :)

I would encourage everyone to be courteous and empathetic as Steem goes through these growing pains, though: that'll make it easier for everyone.

Perhaps the steemit.com developers ought to make a second tag behave like nsfw (perhaps porn or nsfw2) and whenever they make an update which changes the behavior of #nsfw, they leave the old behavior on #porn so that posters can use the old tag if the new behavior is, or is perceived as, buggy; and all this without disturbing the wider community.
