Accused of having raised millions over the past year, he was denounced by four investors seeking to recover what they contributed.
The Fantasy Market cryptomontage - or FMtokens, as it is known - is used to pay for viewing live pornography and in the past year raised millions of dollars.
But now, those who invested in it have been found cheated by the company's CEO, who apparently eloped and stole the money he had collected.
Previous warnings about the volatility and lack of regulation of that market by U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Jay Clayton failed to save money from those who contributed to FMtokens.
So far, four of them have already publicly denounced - last week - the alleged chief executive of the company, Jonathan Lucas (possibly a pseudonym), if he escaped with his money.
According to his forecasts, Lucas expected to raise some $25 million in 2017 alone. It is not clear whether it achieved that goal, as it stated last November that it had achieved only 2 million.
That figure, however, is not safe either. In private messages he sent in September, he said he was 13% short of reaching 5 million, so it would have been around 4.4 million, New York Post reported.
He got his money back, but he's still upset.
In the midst of the complaints, one of the investors was able to recover his contribution, but he was not satisfied. According to him, after presenting his claims, he was given back in etheres (the virtual currency of ethereum) the same as he had delivered at the beginning of last September, but the value of the cryptomoneda had increased since then "more than triple".

The company says that during the last weekend began the process to return the investment, so he asked taxpayers to contact each other in the next 90 days.
