About a month ago I went down to Burnside skatepark 2 set out and view one of the most famous skate parks in the United States. Here is a little history on the skatepark. It originally started as a skatepark that was built by the skateboard and Community without permission underneath the Burnside Bridge. After years of the skate Community putting in time and work to make it look better, the city adopted the idea and let it stay, and took notice that the skate Community was trying to do something positive for the city. I have only dreamed of getting to visit this skatepark and never thought I would ever end up in Portland for real in order to lay eyes upon it. Here I am now, full time, getting to see it as regularly as I want to. This is definitely a must-see when coming to Portland, Oregon.
