A Sinulog Queen Contingent captured by my Canon 70D DSLR Camera at the height of the festivities in the Sinulog Festival last January 2018. I was on the streets of Jones Avenue and in front of the Department of Health building taking some pictures. I am doing this for many years because I love it. So here she is:
