Derelict surroundings

This photo was taken in an abandoned hospital located at a deserted military base of track homes. There was only two light sources in this scene, one skylight above the subject and one open door with flooding light behind him. My eye immediately saw how the lighting would create a very dramatic and aggressive tone with the help of b+w editing.
