The Art of Moving On!

We all struggle through various stages of our life. At times we get so tangled up in our own negative thoughts , due to our high expectations , due to the attachment we develop with people , that sometimes it becomes hard to move on and continue like normal human beings.
Been through those days myself, So i understand what a person goes through when he feeling the same.
Following are some of the lessons I learnt in my life that not only helped me in moving on but also i am now living the happier version of my life.
i wish that every fellow who is struggling out there, read this and learn from this as early as possible.

  1. What is the use of re-reading the old chapter? Do you have a solid answer of this question ?
    That by not forgiving the people who caused you sufferings, you actually are re-reading that rigid chapter over and over again, and what are you getting in result? Any clue? Yes, its like you are wasting some very precious moments of your life by turning your back at them as you are holding something of your past that is gone. So, understand this that life is precious , cherish it with good moments and make a moment worth-living by forgiving others.

  2. You need to forgive because you need to be at peace.
    As long as you are holding a grudge against someone then you actually are destroying your inner peace, so for your own tranquility of heart and mind just learn to let go things.

  3. Move on with a new "you"
    When you forgive someone you ease your own self because you literally don’t linger anymore what other had done, rather you decide to move on. So, move on with pride with a new you.

  4. Forgiving nature is the strength one’s character
    The person who has a forgiving nature is the one who is very strong of his character, it is the test of one’s strength that how soon he forgets what damage others have done to him, no matter what but his character is unshakable.

  5. We all are different, digest this reality
    If you are good by nature then don’t expect others to be exactly good like you, we all are different and this you need to understand, everyone has his own plus points and negative points, focus on your negative points to mend them and focus at others plus points as everyone have some rough edges. Digest this reality so it can be easier for you to forgive someone.

  6. Forgive but stay alarmed
    Forgiveness doesn’t mean that you should close your eyes and get dumped by the same person again, NO, forgiveness means no grudge but staying alarmed, don’t let yourself be a toy in other’s hand.
