BOM DIA, BOA TARDE E BOA NOITE,
das curtas férias do Japão começo a semana e o ano muito bem. Apesar da calmaria das férias e de ter passado um bom tempo com minha familia (uma parte), tive bastante tempo para estar comigo mesmo. Daquele jeito em que você se encontra num bate papo com a sua consciência, teu passado, presente e futuro. Tudo em sua cabeça, sabe? ... tentando fazer um balanço nessa onda de evolução. Novas esperanças, fortificação do que você se tornou. Apesar de passar a maior parte da minha vida nesse bate papo comigo mesmo, sinto que nessas férias algo maior aconteceu, que não acontece com muita frequência. Me sinto renovado, descansado e muito bem comigo mesmo e com o que construi nesse ano de 2017. Venho adicionar esse pouquinho de mim aqui na comunidade STEEMIT aproveitando o toque de originalidade e liberdade que a comunidade oferece.

Hoje com esta onde de positividade, passei o dia tranquilo, trabalhando feito um robô numa fabrica montadora de carros japonesa, tentando entender essa cultura que serve de exemplo pra vários países de terceiro mundo (em que rola muita corrupção e falta força de vontade). Acabo de ver um video aleatório e muito interessante, que caiu como uma luva nesse dia e começo de ano.
É sobre o conceito KAIZEN (*), que é uma forma de melhorar a qualidade do produto final; COMEÇANDO com pequenos e insignificantes passos se constrói um novo(s) hábito(s), acumulando vários pequenos passos para uma grande mudança e melhoria. Isto é adotado na empresa em que trabalho, todo mês é solicitado a opinião dos funcionários sobre pequenas melhorias que cada um possa apontar, escrito formalmente num formulário essas opniões são enviadas à sede matriz para a análise e aprovação, com direito a gratificação, pequena (ainda assim é uma gratificação, muita gente reclama da quantia, eu já estaria feliz de ter uma idéia aprovada e aplicada). Na época em que fui contratado foi mencionado que tal empresa está entre as cinco maiores do mundo. Não dou crédito apenas a uma mudança de hábito mas sim a abertura de mudar. UMA PEQUENA MUDANÇA DE HÁBITO PODE VIRAR UM GRANDE COMEÇO COM UM BELO FINAL, aquela atitude que as vezes falta de começar algo.

Concluindo, realmente passei o ano de 2017 batendo contra defeitos que me empurram para trás e fui tentando aos poucos diminuir ou melhorar esse tipo de defeito que são apenas hábitos que fui aprendendo e levando comigo no decorrer desta longa jornada. E sim, fez muita diferença estou muito contente com as mudanças que alcancei e as que estão por vir, não estou aqui dizendo que serei um dos cinco melhores do mundo(risos) e sim que estou tentando dar o melhor de mim. Que isto contagie todos os que estão na busca de um futuro melhor (se possível fora da “corrida de ratos”).

GOOD MORNING, GOOD AFTERNOON AND GOOD NIGHT,
of Japan's short vacation I started the week and the year very well. Despite the holiday lull and having spent a good time with my family (a part), I had plenty of time to be with myself, the way you are in a bat talk with your consciousness, your past, present and future, all in your head, trying to take stock of this wave of evolution. New hopes, fortification of all that you have become. Although I spend most of my life in this chat with myself, I feel that on this vacation something bigger happened, which does not happen very often, I feel refreshed, rested and very well with myself and with what I built in 2017. I come here to add a little bit of me here in the STEEMIT community with the touch of originality and freedom that the community offers.
Today with this positivity I spent the day quiet, working as a robot in a Japanese car manufacturer, trying to understand this culture that serves as an example for many third world countries where there is much corruption and lack of willpower. I just saw a random and very interesting video that fell like a glove today and at these beginning of the year. It is about the KAIZEN concept (*), which is a way to improve the quality of the final product, STARTING with small and insignificant steps you can build a new habit (s), accumulating several small steps for a great change and improvement.
This is adopted in the company in which I work, every month the opinion of the employees about small improvements that they can point is required, written in a form and sent to the headquarters for analysis and approval, there is even a gratification (small, but still a bonus, although many people complain about the amount, for me I would be happy to have an idea approved and applied). At the time I was hired it was mentioned that such company is among the five largest in the world. I give credit not only to a change of habit but to change. A SMALL CHANGE OF HABIT CAN MAKE A GREAT BEGINNING WITH A GREAT END, that attitude of starting something is what sometimes is lacking.
In conclusion, I really spent the year of 2017 crashing against flaws that push me back and I gradually tried to decrease my mistakes and improve myself, those flaws are just habits that I have learned and taken with me during this long journey. And yes, it made a lot of difference, I'm very happy with the changes I've achieved and what's coming, I'm not saying that I will be one of the five best in the world (laughs), but that I want to be better and I'm trying to give my best . May this be contagious to all of those who are in search of a better future (if possible out of the "rat race").<
