Live, think, act positive

Positivity means that every little part of our body matter!
We live in the century 21, a century when stress start to be part of our life day by day so you have to think positive!But how to do that,right? Seems really hard but i will tell you a few little tricks that change my life completly!
Few years ago i was also in the position when stress was put me down been so close to lose the battle, but in one day i decide i will change everything! I was miss myself so much that i think i have to do something to bring myself back!
So i start to think positive, live positive, act positive! What’s mean this? Let me explain you...
Live positive mean that i was wake up every morning and try to take everything just the way it is and not to think if something it’s gonna happend, what’s gonna happend , if it’s gonna happend! Next step was , to think positive and put in my mind just beautiful images about myself, about life, about everything and let my mind free and enjoy the beauty of life! And the last step was to act positive, that’s mean to complimente myself makeing me to feel more beautiful again, to incuraje myself and to act like beeing happy till i will be actually Happy! And i made it! Having my family and friends close to me was also the best part of this process.STRESS take my life from beeing myself! Don’t let stress make you feel in this way and don’t be ashame to expose yourself, you will alwasy find at least one person to support you and to be there for you so , be positive!
