In a fabric dyeing machine, do you know how your t-shirts are dyed?

The dyeing process is both enjoyable and stressful. Fabric woven in a weaving machine, which operates on the same principle as the weaving machine invented in 1830, is brought to the dyeing unit. These fabrics are as clean as your heart, or as dirty as the hearts of bad people.

The color or cleanliness of the fabric arriving at the dye house doesn't matter. It can be dyed to any desired color. But the dyeing process and making these fabrics suitable for your use are the result of teamwork.

Let's get started.

Before dyeing the fabric, the process of how the fabric will be dyed and which processes will be applied is planned. And you don't have to stick to the plan. After each process or even each step of the process, checks are made, and decisions are made about the next process step or what the process will be. If the fabric produces the desired result, the initially determined plan is adhered to.

When the fabric reaches the dyeing unit, it is first wound onto rollers. The fabric wound on the roller undergoes a burning process. Yes, you read that right, a burning process is applied. I'll explain the burning process in detail in another post, don't worry :). The burned fabric is washed. Then it goes to the jet dyeing machine. The jet dyeing machine is a very functional machine.

Yes friends, see you in our next article.
