1/2 kilo de calabaza o auyuma
5 huevos
1 lata de leche condensada
1/2 tazas de leche
2 cucharaditas de vainilla
1/2 de agua
1 taza de azúcar
3 cucharadas de harina de maíz
Preparación:
prealienta el horno a 250 grados
sancocha la auyama hasta que este blanda luego escurre el agua
licua la leche, la leche condensada, los huevos la vainilla y la harina de maíz
en una quesillera hacer el caramelo y luego vertir la mezcla se lleva al horno durante 15 minutos esperar a que se enfrié se desmolada y listo para disfrutar..
