Se trata de un bizcocho de vainilla, bañado con almíbar de crema nata, se coloca un doble relleno: una capa de crema pastelera y chips de chocolate y otra de mousse de chocolate. Decorada con merengue suizo y lluvia de chocolate. Se las recomiendo, es deliciosa.

Si es una combinación deliciosa. El almíbar lo preparas con leche líquida, azúcar , ron al gusto y crema Nata (es una esencia, con mejor sabor y aroma que la vainilla). Queda con una consistencia líquida y con esto humedeces el bizcocho.
