Doing all of the Kamasutra's postures is something that is only within reach of real tightrope walkers. But still, there are a handful of them available to almost anyone. But which is the most complicated? The Superdrug's Online Doctor website has surveyed several thousand users to try and find out. And the winner has been a variant of the famous 69.
