감자 까르보나라 (じゃがいもカルボナーラ)

이 음식을 처음 책에서 보었을때, 감자가 들어간 까르보나라 파스타인줄 알았다. 하지만 자세히 보니 스파게티 국수를 감자가 대치하는 진정한 감자 까르보나라여서 적잖이 놀랐다.
까르보나라의 진한 밀크치즈향, 베이컨의 짭잘한 간이 맥주를 부르는 좋은 안주였다.
물론 한끼를 책임질 수도 있는 훌륭한 음식이었다.
