Just Got A PotWallet The Other Day: Ready for some PotCoin

Who's talking about potcoin on this platform because I am excited about the potential here.

I just took the first steps towards obtaining some potcoin a few days ago. I set up a Potwallet which was super easy to do.

While many people are aware that a lot of money is being generated in the Cannabis industry right now, several aren't aware of the problems they face when it comes to storing those profits. That is where digital currency is going to come in. As more and more developers and people who care improve the technology, Potcoin could very well be the future.

Even if you're not currently consuming #Marijuana it could be very profitable for you to hold onto some of this coin. I've had an eye on it myself for a few months, and it's risen quite a bit in the past 60 days. It's currently sitting at .10

Check out a quick video that talks about the issues with Banking in the Cannabis Industry (from 2014)

"Banks want separation, and don't want that smell of marijuana on the money. So we have a service where we wash the money ... and then we deliver it to the banks"

Potcoin is going to save so much time on that process.

Here is a a much more Updated video, discussing Banking for the Cannabis industry (in 2017)

This interview features even more experts who are discussing the Growing Political challenges that this industry faces. As some of us are aware, the change in administration means a change in attitude towards legalized weed. Whether you support this movement or not, people's lives are being called into question here.

Fixing the banking issues in the Cannabis industry is only one of the challenges that this industry is facing.

I hope you'll take the time to listen to both videos here (about 20 minutes). Let me know if you're in Potcoin, and agree that it can help fix a major obstacle. Feel free to upvote if you got something out of this - you can also Send me some POT below!

But who will build the roads?

Do you mean the 'roads' in between Cash to Coin?

  ·  7 years ago (edited)

the pot as medicine law just went through in germany. as youa might think, although living next to holland, we envy poz laws in the us right now. I checked and Canade started using pot as medicine in 2001 before legalizing it i. 2004.'Hopefully it will also happen in germany.

and that is what I foresee - that we are super early on potcoin, becoming an actual globally accepted way for payment - as the 'political' reasons to keep it illegal slowly fade away.

is potcoin the only pot related coin?

actually no. There is also the Cannabiscoin and the Hempcoin (that I know of) --- (both may also be good buys.... js)

I'm a big fan of pot and I'm a big fan of crypto. However I think Potcoin has a couple of reasoning issues...hear me out. First, I generally don't get the idea of a 1 product currency. I don't buy bread with breadcoin and milk with milkcoin. Second, if I were holding milkcoin everyone would know what I was planning to do with it. Also, at first they tried to peg the price to an ounce of pot. I don't know if that's possible and if they could or should govern the price.
With that I'm gonna take a couple of rips (~)}

Hope it was good for you :) - and those are excellent observations. One of my hopes for even writing this is that I can talk with others 'about it' --- and what you present is a real possible challenge with it being 'for one product' --- maybe it'll be used to buy various cannabis based products which could be 'where' the product diversity is; meanwhile it can still be traded into other coin -- so the possible intended use isn't so cut and dry; in my opinion. Although I'm sure some would see it that way.

"What are you doing with all that PotCoin?"

"Waiting for it to reach $1k so I can sell"

I'm going to have to Update the article :: as Dennis Rodman just took another trip to #NorthKorea and this time, it was sponsored by #Potcoin
