Germany, formerly known as one of the richest countries in the world with a broad middle class and zero poverty on the streets.
I have this kind of poverty in San Francisco back in 2011.

The first time I was shocked at poverty was in Los Angels in 80s when I was a child. And I saw people live on street in Tokyo in 90s ... Leider :(

Städte sind schon immer Anziehungspunkt für Jobsuchende, Menschen, die in der Heimat weniger verdienen können als in der Fremde, und tatsächlich auch chronisch Obdachlose.
Insofern ist das meines Erachtens eher eine Auswirkung des kollektiven Reichtums als ein Zeichen für eine Abnahme desselben.
