Anyone with a modicum of curiosity, and perhaps a natural skepticism of the status quo, has questioned the powers of authority. This can begin in childhood with the "do as I say, not as I do", when small children recognize the lies they are told. I think the difference is perhaps that some don't question, and some do.
We each reside inside a precipice of reason and unreasonableness. This is a dark era in the lives of humans all over this planet. We reside in the unreality of people in power, psychopaths and controllers, and we only have the small voices of innately spiritual ethicists to guide us. But they are there if no one knows something is wrong, and chooses to seem them out.
But one must recognize the scam first. When is it time for you?
There is a short trek in the realm of eternity. What is our purpose? Why are we here? What are we supposed to do? What can we do?
It's all a matter of what we see as reality. Reality is different for everyone. Some may have similar realities, but no two people hold the exact same reality.
What I can see, most folks today do not think for themselves. They have been taught to be lazy minded, ergo they allow those in power to do their thinking for them. And then they parrot what they've been indoctrinated to think, like they are speaking their own ideas. There's the deceit.
There's a lot more going beyond that, of course. But that is one major problem we have today. Heaven forbid we should think outside of the box of thoughts given to us by those in command!
Religion was really good at this game, especially a thousand or more years ago, during the Christian crusades. Heaven forbid you should dare to think beyond what the good priests taught you! (All in the name of love)
