Welcome to Kasturi’s World

To me words are wonder. I fell in love with words through reading. Since childhood, if there is anything I have enjoyed most it is reading. Reading takes me to place. Reading provides me the privilege to live more than one life. Reading makes me to undergo many experiences. Reading widens my perception, shows world beyond my world and eliminates negativity.

I don’t think I have the power to write as powerful words as I read. There was a time I thought I could and even dreamt of becoming a writer. But with time, I have realized all readers aren’t writers. There are only few people who can do magic with word and rest of the people can only relish the magic and appreciate.

But love for words is something I can’t just give up. That may be the reason I am in the profession that needs decent quality of writing. Before you scratch your head let me tell you I am a communicator for a non-profit. Though I write more for my work, there is limitation about what and how I write.

I want to be a bit free from that restrictions and spread my wings. I doubt I can master but a person who appreciate this novel tradition taking it forward in my own way.

I am no expert and don’t want to be one. I am just a mere observer of human experience. While observing, I question, learn, ran, meditate, lay back, heal, act and more. Observing is something near to reading, everything sinks in making me feel elevated and sometimes frustrated.

I am trying mix these two in my blog. I want to put into the words my observation. Personal they may seem, but they are in a way or other a universal theme for I get them from the world I share with you.

There may be arrays of topics in here as I have no control over what comes to my mind while I observe something. I can specify only three things. First, I will speak through my pen. Second, there will be section dedicated to my lens, my new-found passion. Third, I assure originality and honesty.

With the hope that you will like the concrete form of my observation, I welcome you in my head.
