Powerful People's Yes Is As Powerful As Their No

Who loves a spoiled kid? They turn into spoiled teenagers. They turn into passive entitled adults, finding purpose in social media, offering close to nothing to society...outside of maybe credit card debt.

Nobody loves any entitle spoiled individual! Nobody starts out their life thinking to themselves I am going to use everyone around me to get exactly what I want, or I am going to give my kids everything they want and teach them to have no responsibility.

Very Few People Use Their No

Powerful people are not built on accident. They are built as individuals who either have been taught, or have learned themselves that they can not say yes to everything.

Powerful people manage themselves and are unable to be controlled by the opinions of others. They have moments where they choose to say yes, and moments where they choose to say no. But they use their choice.

People Want Control

At the earliest onset of our lives its called a temper tantrum. A two year old learns to throw a fit to get a parent to do something they want. It grows into elementary and middle school where kids learn to ignore someone, or befriend someone to get something they want from them. On into adulthood where you can look almost anywhere and see people using control mechanisms like sex, flattery, anger to use and control others.

Get Some No's

Where do you need to introduce some no's in your life?

Maybe some toxic relationships or spending habits? Maybe you need to give your kid's some no's.

Powerful people are controlled by themselves. They use their yes and no because of themselves, not you or anyone else.
