The Steem Blockchain has been centralised by some criminals, mainly Justin Sun of the Tron Foundation (maybe just him).
If enough Steem members use their votes we can decentralise it again. You have 30 votes. The easiest way (and i think the most effective) is to give them all by proxy to a trusted person who will vote them tactically on your behalf.
