What would the school holidays be without a make your own pizza night! I may not be the hugest pizza fan, but admittedly these were great! Besides I made my own garlic and herb pita, so I was happy Haha! Got to love the holidays!!! Three weeks of fun times ahead

growing number of pizza places are adding cauliflower crust and other lc crust options which is awesome😋some might even make it without the crust altogether, just cheese and toppings😂👍

Yes there is a lot of that... personally I don't really like them, but I get the purpose.... I suppose fortunate for me that I don't really enjoy pizza haha - I have done that sort of thing with egg though - so kind of like an omelette pizza. lol - now THAT I enjoy :)
